  • Management, planning and distribution of tasks in the secretariat, which consists of twelve employees conducting student administrative and HR tasks as well as support the academic staff, etc.
  • Part of the department management, which consists of the head of the department, the head of study programmes, the person responsible for funding and projects as well as the head of secretariat
  • Counselling to the head of the department
  • Coordination internally at Aarhus University with administrative units, the Dean’s office, etc. as well between the administrative units in Herning
  • Purchasing coordinator
  • Contact person to upper secondary schools.
