Ursula Plesner is an Associate Professor of Communication at CBS, where her research explores how digital technologies intertwine with organizational life, reshaping work, professional relations, and power dynamics. She has examined automation, shared digital platforms, and communication technologies in both public and organizational contexts.

Emil Husted is an Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School. His research focuses on political organization in parties, social movements, and activist networks, with a particular interest in how radical parties navigate parliamentary politics while maintaining their identities.

Plesner and Husted have authored the book: Digital Organizing – Revisiting Themes in Organization Studies (2020), which revisits classic organizational concepts in light of digital transformations. This book will form the basis of their research talk.
