SENSIBLE is short for Symbiotic tEleoperatioN for Safe and cost-efficient wInd turbine bLade maintenance. The SENSIBLE project aims at testing wearable solutions supporting telerobotic maintenance operations on wind turbines. The project involves technological solutions including design, evaluation and testing, but also investigating on challenges due to communication technology, modelling and task processes.
The presentation will introduce the SENSIBLE project and raise some open issues related to data exchange and communication, the design of wearable components, breaking the task in parts, remote accessibility and business cases.
Reflection and exchange of ideas will follow each of the presentations.
