Title: Resilience and workability in manufacturing and supply chains: First insights from the research project “WAI-Lab”

Abstract: Small- and medium-sized enterprises need to operate in a highly uncertain global market environment. Strong demand fluctuations, political, health, and economic crises, and resource shortages are only a few of the many factors that force companies to build resilience and maintain their future workability. This presentation offers initial insights from the WAI-Lab research project, which investigates how the resilience and workability of individuals and organizations can be improved at multiple levels by analyzing and simulating future scenarios using the scenario management technique.
