Section head responsibilities
- Support the academic development of the research section
- Prioritise the research section's budget
- Engage in close dialogue with other section heads, centre directors and directors of studies/programme coordinators regarding teaching and research
- Contribute to accreditations and development of study programmes
- Organise section meetings on a regular basis
- Organise research seminars
- Facilitate funding activities in the research section
- Facilitate the BTECH mentor scheme within the research section
- Conduct Staff Development Dialogues (MUS) according to the BTECH principles
Centre director responsibilities
- Support the academic development of the research centre
- Prioritise the research centre's budget
- Engage in close dialogue with other centre directors, section heads and directors of studies/programme coordinators regarding teaching and research
- Organise centre meetings on a regular basis
- Organise research seminars
- Facilitate funding activities in the centre
